Most plans are guesswork. They assume how you sleep and train and recover, then fall apart the first hard week. I’d rather know than assume, so the Audit is me going through your actual training, your recovery and the life around them, then turning what I find into a written plan.

We start with a conversation.
We talk for fifteen to twenty minutes so I can understand where you’re at and whether I can actually help. If I can’t, I’ll tell you straight on the call.

Here’s how it works, start to finish.
The whole thing is documented, the same way I’d document a work-up in clinic. Nothing rests on a call you can’t remember.
The consultation call
Fifteen to twenty minutes, free. We work out together whether the Audit is actually right for you.
Questionnaire
If we go ahead, you fill in a long-form questionnaire in your own time, as honestly as you can.
Work-up
Then I work through all of it and write up your report and plan.
Report & call
You get both in writing first, then we walk through them together on a second call.
Afterwards
Most people run the plan themselves. Some carry straight on into 1:1 coaching from here.
This isn’t right for everyone.
I’d rather be straight about who this suits than take everyone on. Have an honest look at both columns before you book the consultation call.
A good fit if

- You want one clear plan, not more content.
- You want a nutrition plan that lines up with your habits and goals.
- You'll answer a long questionnaire honestly.
Not a fit if
- You want a six-week shred for a deadline.
- You're after supplements, stacks or shortcuts.
- You'd rather not share training or health history.
- You want week-by-week support. That's coaching, which has its own page.
- You'd want dedicated medical advice. Consult your doctor for that.
